Bag holder
Left/right/bottom plates made of SS304 with sandblasted finish; the distance between the left and right plates, which corresponds to the width of the packaging bag, is manually adjustable, while the vacuum function is automatically adjustable.
Bag opening
The suction system, with suction on both sides, opens the packaging in a stable state, preventing it from falling. Automatic material dispensing detection: material is automatically dispensed when a bag is present; if no bag is detected, the filling process is skipped.
Vacuum chamber cover
The opening and closing of the vacuum chamber cover and the clamping mechanism are powered by a track drive. Each vacuum chamber is equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge. The gas/electrical connections to the vacuum chamber are made via slip rings.
Vacuum packaging
It is divided into single-stage and double-stage vacuuming. The vacuum pump is connected to the machine body and equipped with two SMC pressure gauges. For materials containing liquids, two Daichang shut-off valves are included.
